4. Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for any request or project.
- Obtain all necessary permits, consents, and rights of access for site visits or installations (unless we are explicitly contracted to do so).
- Cooperate with our team and provide timely feedback.
- Pay all fees as agreed within the specified payment terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, videos, images, data compilations) is the property of Likya Solar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Project deliverables (e.g., reports, designs) are owned by Likya Solar until full payment is received, after which the Client receives a non-exclusive license for internal use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Likya Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You are responsible for implementing your own security measures.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we make no warranties regarding the exact energy savings, financial returns, or performance of solar installations beyond what is contractually agreed.
